3.1 Single Account. Each individual may register only one (1) account on panalo6. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. panalo6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings, bonuses, or balances associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update such information promptly if it changes. panalo6 may require documentary verification of any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. panalo6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, panalo6 may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. panalo6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). panalo6 does not accept foreign currency transactions.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the panalo6 Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. panalo6 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your panalo6 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. panalo6 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation at any time.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. panalo6 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current inactive account policy, as notified to the account holder.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by panalo6 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.4 One Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of panalo6.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panalo6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 panalo6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your panalo6 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude panalo6's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 panalo6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 panalo6 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation.
